Deck Installation & Repair Photos
2019 Sparta, NJ - Removal of original PT wood decking & railings that we replaced with treated southern yellow pine rails & aluminum black powder coated spindles and Timbertech/Azek composite decking on an extended frame. The extension required new posts, girder, and joists to provide our client with the desired added space.

Sparta - Fancier stairs & an overhead planter frame were added to this deck.
Sparta - Early stages of installing decking with a picture frame layout. Unless requested otherwise, we install all decking in this type of layout to hide the unsightly & rough cut edges of the deck boards against perpendicular ones.
Sparta - We use a hidden screw system with a special handheld jig on all new & remodeled decks. It spaces boards evenly & inserts coated deck screws into the edges of the boards within the gaps between rows, rather than through the top of the boards, leaving no unsightly screws, nail heads or splintering. It looks great & feels great to bare feet. Each client receives a specialized bit for easy future removal.
Whippany - Code compliant durability in every build with craftsmanship that is evident in every build.
Whippany The pic tells it all. We build everything to last from the ground up. Whenever possible, each of our decks is built to last with HD framing. This freestanding deck has large diameter footings, 6"x6" posts, triple 12" girder w/spacers to keep moisture out, and 2"x10" joists anchored onto the girder with hurricane ties to prevent uplift. Lastly, bracing between posts helps prevent racking movement from the freestanding unit.
